هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على أثر استخدام السبورة التفاعلية في التحصيل الدراسي لطلاب الصف السادس الأساسي في مبحث الجغرافيا في مدارس لواء بني كنانة في الأردن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اُختير طلاب الصف السادس الأساسي من مجموعة من المدارس الحكومية التابعة للواء بني كنانة في محافظة إربد في الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2020-2019. واختيرت عينة الدراسة من شعبتين (60 طالباً) من الصف السادس الأساسي في مبحث الجغرافيا، وتمت الدراسة عن طريق تدريس الطلاب الوحدة الأولى باستخدام طريقة التدريس التقليدية، وإجراء اختبار قبلي للمجموعة الضابطة، وبعدها تم تدريس الوحدة الأولى باستخدام السبورة التفاعلية، وثم تطبيق الاختبار ذاته (الاختبار البعدي) للمجموعة التجريبية، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالّة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة، وكانت النتائج لصالح طلبة المجموعة التجريبية، والتي تم تدريسها باستخدام السبورة التفاعلية، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن نتائج إيجابية لدى الطلاب نحو التعلّم باستخدام السبورة التفاعلية. This study aimed to investigate the effect of using the interactive whiteboard on the academic achievement of sixth-graders in the subject of geography in the schools of Bani-Kenana District in Jordan. To achieve the goals of the study, the sixth grade students were chosen from a number of public schools affiliated with Bani-Kenana District in the Irbid Governorate in the first semester of the academic year 2019-2020. The study sample was chosen from two divisions (60 students) of the sixth-grade learning geography and divided into control and experimental groups. Students were taught the first unit and attempted a pre-test using the traditional teaching method for the control group. Then, the experimental group was taught the first unit using the interactive whiteboard and attempted the same test (the pretest). The results showed statistically significant differences between the means of students’ grades of the experimental group and the control group, and the results were in favor of the experimental group, which was taught using the interactive whiteboard. The results of the study also revealed positive results among students towards learning using an interactive whiteboard. (Published abstract)
