هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظرهم في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (149) مديرا ومديرة في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت للعام 2020-2021. استخدمت الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظرهم في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت كانت متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥α) في درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظرهم في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت تعزى إلى الجنس. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥α) في درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظرهم في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت تعزى إلى المؤهل العلمي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥α) في درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظرهم في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية في دولة الكويت تعزى إلى الخبرة. وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج فإنها توصي بدعوة وزارة التربية إلى تقديم دورات تقنية عالية الجودة بخصوص مهارات حل المشكلات للحد الذي يمكن مدير المدرسة من استخدام الأساليب والطرق الإبداعية لحل المشكلات، بحيث تقوم جهات متخصصة بمجال الإبداع بعملية تدريب جميع المديرين، مع مراعاة إعطاء الوقت الكافي للتدريب. This study aimed to find out the degree of practicing administrative creativity among school principals from their point of view in the educational capital district in the State of Kuwait. The study population consisted of (149) male and female principals in the educational capital district in the State of Kuwait for the year 2020/2021. The questionnaire was used to collect information, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing administrative creativity among school principals from their point of view in the educational capital district in the State of Kuwait was moderate, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of practicing administrative creativity among school principals from their point of view in the educational capital district in the State of Kuwait is attributed to sex. It showed also, that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of the practice of administrative creativity among school principals from their point of view in the educational capital district in the State of Kuwait attributable to scientific qualification. Also, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of practicing administrative creativity among school principals from their point of view in the educational capital district in the State of Kuwait is due to the experience. In light of the results of the study, it recommends inviting the Ministry of Education to provide high- quality technical courses on problem- solving skills to the extent that enables the school principal to use creative techniques and methods to solve problems. So that, specialized experts in the field of creativity train all principals, taking into account the giving adequate time for training. (Published abstract)
