هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء تصور مقترح للاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري في الجامعات اليمنية في ضوء إدارة المعرفة، ونظرًا لطبيعة أهداف البحث فقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه الوثائقي والتطويري. كما قامت بعرض الأسس الفكرية والفلسفية لمدخل إدارة المعرفة، وتوضيح الإطار المفاهيمي لرأس المال الفكري في الجامعات اليمنية، واستجلاء دوره وتحديد متطلباته في ضوء مدخل إدارة المعرفة. وقامت الباحثة بعرض أربعة محاور للبحث، هي: المنطلقات النظرية لإدارة المعرفة، المنطلقات النظرية لرأس المال الفكري في الجامعات، ومنطلقاته النظرية، دور الجامعات في استثماره في ضوء عمليات إدارة المعرفة، وتوصلت إلى وضع تصور مقترح للاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري في الجامعات اليمنية في ضوء إدارة المعرفة. This study aimed to develop a proposal to invest in the intellectual capital at Yemeni Universities in the light of knowledge management. Due to the nature of the research, the descriptive documentary and developmental method was used. The researcher showed the philosophical and intellectual basis of the knowledge management approach, illustrated the conceptual framework of the intellectual capital at Yemeni Universities, clarified the role of intellectual capital investment and identified the requirements of the intellectual capital at Yemeni Universities in the light of knowledge management. The study concluded with suggesting a proposal in the intellectual capital investment in Yemeni Universities in the light of knowledge management. The research addressed four axes in the research, which are Theoretical background of knowledge management, theoretical background of intellectual capital in Universities, theoretical background of investing the intellectual capital in Universities, and the role of universities in investing the intellectual capital in respective of the knowledge management processes.
