هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المرشد الطلابي في مجال خدمات الارشاد والتوجيه لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة، كذلك التعرف على دور المرشد الطلابي في تقديم خدمات الإرشاد والتوجيه في المجالات الشخصية وفي المجال الاجتماعي وفي المجالات التعليمية وفي المجالات الدينية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام دراسة وصفية ومنهج المسح الإجرائي في هذه الدراسة، كما استخدم الباحث الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من خلال توجيه الأسئلة والاستفسارات إلى عينة تكونت من (60) طالب من طلاب مدرسة الرازي والشاطئ وربعي بن عامر، حيث تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من بين طلاب المدرسة بحيث تشمل العينة الصف الأول والثاني والثالث، خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان من أبرزها أن أهم المجالات الشخصية التي يقدم فيها المرشد الطلابي خدمات الإرشاد والتوجيه تمثلت في شعور الطالب بالراحة عندما يتحدث إلى المرشد الطلابي، كما كشفت الدراسة أن أهم المجالات الشخصية التي يرى الطلاب أن المرشد الطلابي لا يقدم فيها لهم الإرشاد والتوجيه بشكل جيد تمثلت في مساعدة الطلاب في تنمية هواياتهم، وتعليمهم كيفية الاستفادة من وقت الفراغ، كما بينت الدراسة أن دور المرشد الطلابي يساعد الطلاب في رفع مستواهم التحصيلي. The study aimed to identify the role of the students' guide in the field of counseling and guidance of students at the intermediate classes, as well as identifying the role of the students' guide in providing guidance and direction in the personal, social, educational and religious aspects. To achieve these objectives the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in this study, in addition to the questionnaire as a tool for collecting primary data by inquiring a sample of (60) students from Al- RAZI school, Al Shati school and Rubai Bin Amer school. The sample were selected randomly from among the students to include Grade one two and three. The most important outcomes revealed from this study can be concluded in the personal aspect, Where the student feels comfortable when asking the advice of the students' guide. The study revealed that the students' guide does not play his role in a good manner in the aspects of helping the students' to develop their hobbies and how to get use of free time. The also showed that the role of the students' guide has high score in providing religious guidance and direction, as well as that the students' helps students to raise their educational level.
