The aim of this study is to investigate the opinions of professors that are working the University about the Factors of success of the transitional period for individuals with special needs from secondary education to university education. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. They designed tools and research materials to achieve the goals. Designed research questionnaires was one of these tools to find out the opinions of the professors about Factors of success of the transitional period for individuals with special needs from secondary education to university education. The questionnaires were applied after the arbitration on 30 professors in special education. The sample was selected in a rational way to identify the perspective of professors in special education at Saudi University. A range of statistical methods was used to reach the result (arithmetic mean, standard deviation). After the statistical analysis for the result, it was standing on Factors of success of the transitional period for individuals with special needs from secondary to the university. After applying and analyzing the questionnaire the results are as shown in the table the average for all domain was high 4.42, which the importance of all 7 domains that represent the success factor of intermediate stage. the order came as follow the highest is the infrastructure, second the financial expenses, third movement procedure then admission tests, and the lowest is the document archive, and the academic amendment. The recommendation of this study are: 1) Providing potential and services and teaching aids that affect the moving process. 2) Facilitate acceptance procedure of special need student in universities, high qualified team with different specialist to help student to reach their maximum potential. 3) Adapting curricula and paying attention to individual educational programs.
