This study aimed to identify the role of using ICT in improving the quality of educational outputs among students with reading difficulties from the point of view of teachers with learning disabilities and field training students. The study was applied in primary schools for girls with rooms in Hail resources. The sample size was (70) of them (27) teachers of learning difficulties on the job and (43) students training field for the course of learning difficulties, and teachers who are on the job ranged between years of experience (1-10) years. The researcher used the correlative descriptive method, the study tool is a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, the results were analyzed by the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) program, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: For students with learning difficulties in reading from the perspective of their teachers and students of field training. The mean averages of the degree of approval of the five fields (professor, field of teaching, student, course, material possibilities) respectively (4.21, 4.17, 4.13, 4.02, 3.95) and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( α ≤ 0.05) in all areas of the study sample according to the case variable (teacher on the job, student field training) and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in all areas of the study sample according to the variable year Experience, where the value of (q) is not statistically significant.
