هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش لقيادة التغيير من وجهة نظر المعلمين وسبل تطويرها، والتعرف فيما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,5 ≥α) بين متوسطات استجابات معلمي المدارس الثانوية لدرجة ممارسة قيادة التغيير تعزى إلى متغيرات (التخصص، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من (30) فقرة موزعة على أربع مجالات، طبقت على عينة مكونة (550) معلما تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش لقيادة التغيير من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,5 ≥α) تعزى لأثر متغير (التخصص، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أبرز السبل المقترحة لتطوير قيادة التغيير لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش هو تحديد مهام وأدوار المعلمين بكل دقة حسب تخصصاتهم، ونشر ثقافة المدرسة وتوضيحها للمعلمين وخاصة المستجدين منهم. وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات كان من أبرزها: العمل على تبني قيادة التغيير من قبل الإدارات المدرسية في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية، ونشر ثقافة قيادة التغيير لدى مديري المدارس. This study aimed to determine the extent of practicing leadership of change by secondary school principals in Jerash Governorate from the perspective of teachers and the ways to develop them , and to know if there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.5≥α) between the averages of secondary school teachers ' responses to the extent of practicing leadership of the change attributed to the following variables (specialization, scientific qualification, years of experience). The study used a descriptive survey method. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was applied consisting of (31) sentences distributed into four areas, applied to a sample of 550 teachers who were selected in a random stratified way. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing leadership of change by secondary school principals in Jerash Governorate from the perspective of teachers was medium. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0,5 ≥α), due to the variable effect of (specialization, scientific qualification, and years of experience). The results of the study also showed that the most important ways proposed for the development of leadership change among the principals of the secondary schools in Jerash Governorate is to accurately define the tasks and roles of teachers according to their specialties, and to spread the school culture and to explain it to teachers, especially those who are new. The study suggested Several recommendations, namely: Working to adopt the leadership of change by the school departments in the Jordanian Ministry of Education, and spreading the culture of leadership change among principals.
