هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التوجه الاستراتيجي لتطوير منظومة التعلم نحو اقتصاد المعرفة بجامعة حائل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتعرف عمما إذا كان هناك فروق في وجهة نظرهم تعزى إلى متغيرات الكلية والرتبة الأكاديمية وسنوات الخبرة، واعتمد في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (52) فقرة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، طبقت على عينة مكونة من (379) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس اختيروا بطريقة قصدية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة حائل، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التوجه الاستراتيجي لتطوير منظومة التعلم نحو اقتصاد المعرفة بجامعة حائل جاءت بدرجة عالية، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) a ≤ بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة وهي: الكلية، والرتبة الأكاديمية، وسنوات الخبرة. The study aimed to identify the strategic direction to develop the learning system toward the knowledge economy at Hail University from the point of view of faculty members and to know whether there are differences in their point of view due to the variables of the college, academic level and years of experience. A questionnaire consisting of (52) paragraphs, after having verified their validity and reliability, was applied to a sample of (379) faculty members who were chosen by class method from the faculty members of Hail University. The results of the study showed that the strategic direction of developing the learning system Knowledge at the University of Hail came T. highly, as the study showed no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample estimates due to the three variables of the study: college, academic rank, and years of experience.
