هدفت الدراسة إلى التخطيط للأداء الوظيفي لمديرات المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة حائل باستخدام السلاسل الزمنية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الاستشرافي من خلال أسلوب السلاسل الزمنية، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على جميع مديرات مدارس التعليم العام الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة حائل وعددهن 25 مديرة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن السلسلة الزمنية لأداء مديرات المدارس الثانوية التابعة لمكاتب التعليم بمدينة حائل خلال الخمس سنوات الماضية مستقرة بمعنى أنها متقاربة في القيم التنبؤية، مما يدل على أن الأداء الوظيفي للأعوام القادمة حتى عام 1445ه سيتراوح بين نفس المعدلات تقريبا، وعليه أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تجويد الأداء الوظيفي لمديرات المدارس الثانوية من قِبل مكاتب التعليم وإدارة الإشراف التربوي وخاصة قسم القيادة المدرسية. The study aimed to plan the job performance of secondary school principals in Hail using time series. The study used the descriptive and forward-looking approach through the time series method. The study was applied to all 25 principals of public secondary schools in Hail, and the results of the study concluded that the series The performance of secondary school principals affiliated with education offices in the city of Hail during the past five years is stable in the sense that they are close in predictive values, which indicates that the job performance for the coming years until 1445 AH will range between approximately the same rates, and accordingly the study recommended working on improving the job performance of secondary school principals By the education offices and the Department of Educational Supervision, especially the School Leadership Department.
