The purpose of the study was to investigate the degree of practicing leadership skills among female students at Imam AbdulRahman bin Faisal University. The original community from which the sample of the study consisted of all the female students at the college of Education at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University (156). The sample of the study included (101) students and it was chosen randomly. The study employed a descriptive research design in order to address the research objectives. The results of the study showed differences in the degree of practicing leadership skills among female students attributed to the level of study, social participation and training. The study did not show differences in the degree of practicing leadership skills attributed to the specialization variable. Based on these results, the study made some recommendations in order to improve the leadership skills among female students at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University. (Published abstract)
