The aimed of This study to identify level of psychological alienation and academic adaptation, and to identify relationship between psychological alienation and academic adaptation, and possibility to predict level of academic adaptation within psychological alienation at scholarship students at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. To achieve aims of study, the researcher has used psychological alienation scale, and academic adaptation scale, and it was applied on study sample consisted of (231) students. Study results indicated that level of psychological alienation at study sample was average, and level of academic adaptation was high, results of study also indicated that there was a negative relationship between total degree of psychological alienation scale and total degree of academic adaptation, the results indicated that both dimensions (meaningless, deficiency) in psychological alienation explain (42.9%) from total contrast of academic adaptation.
