The study aimed at revealing the role of the supervisors of the school leadership in the sustainable professional development of secondary school leaders in the city of Tabuk in the fields (Meetings management, learning communities, training, performance evaluation), and aimed at detecting statistically significant differences between the response averages of individuals The study community is attributed to sex variables, training courses in school leadership, the study was based on the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the study community is made up of (85) leaders and leaders (39) leaders, and (46) leaders, the whole community was taken and Distribute the tool to them all, and recover from it (56) resolution to form (68%) From the study community, the results of the study found that the role of the supervisors of the school leadership in the sustainable professional development of high school leaders in each area of study (meeting management, learning Communities, training, performance evaluation), was at an average rating, and found that there are no differences of Statistical significance at the level of significance (∝≤0.05) between the averages of the responses of the members of the study community according to the gender variable in the fields of study except the field (meetings management) for the benefit of males, and also found that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (∝≤0.05) between averages of responses The study community according to the variable number of training courses in the field of school leadership.
