This study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of school principals in Al-Mahra governorate for strategic management, And to know the degree of difference of views of the sample sample according to variable (gender, number of years of experience), Using the descriptive approach and the study sample consisted of (310) teachers selected by the simple random method of the study community of 1200 teachers, has been using a questionnaire consisting of five axes: (formulation of strategy, strategic objectives, environmental analysis, implementation strategy, evaluation and control). The study found the following results: The responses of the study sample regarding the degree of practitioners of schools in Mahra governorate for strategic management were low, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α 0.05) between the average responses Study sample members on the degree of school principals of strategic management according to gender variable, the number of years of experience.
