The aim of the research is to identify the impact of the social learning network environment (Edmodo) on the development of cognitive and interpersonal communication skills among female students in the Faculty of Education in a course based on social constructivism in projects. The quasi-experimental approach based on one experimental group was used with pre-test and post-test achievement exams and subjective assessment of interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills for a population of (62) students in PNU. Findings revealed the impact of the integrated e-learning environment through Edmodo on developing the students' communication and interpersonal skills as well as their cognitive achievement. The (2η) was used to determine the effect and degree of the statistically significant result that reached (0,298), outweighing the educational importance of the statistical results in educational and psychological research (at 0.15). This indicates the high educational impact of the use of this educational environment on the development of knowledge and skills among university students. In light of these findings, the paper recommended training of faculty members and students in universities in using social educational networks like (Edmodo) to upgrade the efficiency of teaching staff on the integration of technology applications in teaching and learning.
