تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن معوّقات تطبيق بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات في التعليم العام، من وجهة نظر عينة من المعلمين والأساتذة بمختلف الأطوار التعليمية، وقد تكوّنت العينة من (170) معلما وأستاذا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عرضية، وقد بيّنت النتائج أن المعلمون والأساتذة يواجهون معوّقات تتعلق بالجانب الذاتي، والجانب العلائقي، والجانب المادي، وكذا الجانب التنظيمي، وقد تم تقديم بعض المقترحات من أجل التغلّب على تلك المعوّقات. The present study aims at identifying obstacles to the application of the pedagogy approach to competencies in general education, from the point of view of a sample from teachers and professors in different educational stages. The sample consisted of (170) teachers and professors they were selected incidentally way. The results showed that teachers and professors face obstacles related to the self-aspect, the relational aspect, the material aspect, as well as the organizational aspects, and some suggestions have been made to overcome these constraints.
