تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى فاعلية الذات لدى طلبة سنة أولى علوم وتكنولوجيا كلية العلوم التطبيقية جامعة ورقلة، كما تهدف أيضا إلى معرفة الفروق في مستوى فاعلية الذات تبعا لمتغير الجنس و شعبة البكالوريا المتحصل عليها الطالب. وقد استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يعتمد على وصف الظاهرة، و تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (128) طالبا و طالبة سنة أولى علوم وتكنولوجيا كلية العلوم التطبيقية جامعة ورقلة، بحيث اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة للقياس وهي: مقياس فاعلية الذات من إعداد الباحث بشير معمرية (2012). وأسفرت النتائج على: 1) هناك مستوى مرتفع لفاعلية الذات لدى طلبة السنة أولى علوم و تكنولوجيا جامعة ورقلة. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات بين الطلبة و الطالبات السنة أولى جدع مشترك علوم تكنولوجيا جامعة ورقلة. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات بين طلبة السنة أولى جدع مشترك علوم تكنولوجيا جامعة ورقلة حسب شعبة البكالوريا المتحصل عليها (تقني رياضي / علوم تجريبية). This study aims to measure the level of self-efficacy among first year students of Science and Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences, University of Ouargla, and also aims to know the differences in the level of self-efficacy according to gender variable and the baccalaureate department obtained by the student. The researcher used the descriptive method which is based on describing the phenomenon. The study was conducted on a sample of 128 students in the first year of Science and Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences, University Of Ouargla. The study was based on a measurement tool, self-efficacy measure by researcher Bachir Mammaria (2012) results revealed that: 1) there is a high level of self-efficacy among students of the first year of Science and Technology University of Ouargla. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in self efficacy among students and the first-year students. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in self-efficacy among students of the first year. A common advantage is the Technology Sciences of the University of Ouargla according to the obtained baccalaureate (mathematical / experimental sciences). (Published abstract)
