تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة كل من البيئة التعليمية المدرسية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس في التنبؤ بالكفاءة الذاتية لأستاذ التعليم الابتدائي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (343) أستاذ، وبعد جمع البيانات وإجراء المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعامل الانحدار المتعدد، أظهرت النتائج أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين متغيرات الدراسة، وأن كل من البيئة التعليمية المدرسية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس تفسران نسبة (5.4%) من التباين المفسر الكلي للكفاءة الذاتية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات المرتبطة بنتائج الدراسة. This study aimed at exploring the contribution of the school learning environment and attitude towards teaching profession in predicting the self-efficacy for teachers of primary education. The study sample consisted of (348) teacher, after data collection and statistical processing using the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression coefficient, the results showed that there is a correlation between the variables of the study, and that all of the school learning environment and attitude towards teaching profession that explained (5.4%) of the total variation in self-efficacy. The study concluded with many recommendations related to the results of the study. (Published abstract)
