هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الصعوبات والعراقيل التي يواجهها مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني عند قيامه بمهامه الإرشادية داخل الوسط المدرسي، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المستشارين المتواجدين داخل المؤسسات التعليمية بمدينة تقرت، ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة وشكّلت كلا من المقابلة والاستبيان الأدوات الرئيسية في جمع بياناتها، وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود صعوبات مهنية وعلائقية وأكاديمية وإدارية يوجهها مستشار التوجيه تؤثر بشكل مباشر على عمله من أجل التكفل النفسي بالتلاميذ داخل المؤسسات التعليمية. The study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the psychological counselor in carrying out his duties within the school, through a field study of a sample of consultants in educational institutions in Touggert. The study relied on the descriptive approach as a method of study. The interview and the questionnaire were the main tool for data collection. The study revealed the existence of professional, academic and administrative difficulties facing psychologists, which directly affect his work in the field of psychological care for students in educational institutions. L'étude visait à identifier les difficultés et les obstacles rencontrés par l'école et conseiller d'orientation professionnelle dans l'exercice de ses fonctions d'orientation au sein de la communauté scolaire, par le biais d'une étude sur le terrain sur un échantillon de conseillers présents dans les établissements d'enseignement à Touggourt, l'étude a été basée sur l'approche descriptive comme une méthode pour étudier et formée à la fois l'entrevue et questionnaire les principaux outils de la collecte de données, l'étude a révélé l'existence d'une difficulté professionnelle et relationnelle, conseiller en orientation scolaire et administrative directe affectent directement son travail afin d'offrir aux élèves psychologiques dans les établissements d'enseignement.
