تسعى الدراسة الحالية لإلقاء الضوء على التوافق المهني في الجامعة الجزائرية، ومحاولة البحث في وجود من عدم وجود فروق قد تكون ذات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينة الدراسة قد تعزى لمتغيرات ديمغرافية (الجنس، الحالة المدنية، الاختصاص، الخبرة) حيث قمنا بدراستنا هذه في ثلاث جامعات من الشرق الجزائري، وللتحقق من هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 80 أستاذا جامعيا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية من تخصصات مختلفة: علم النفس، علوم اقتصادية، علوم سياسية، علوم شرعية وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن النسبة الغالبة من أفراد عينة الدراسة تعاني من سوء التوافق المهني وكذا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وأخرى غير دالة في مستوى التوافق المهني تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية المعنية بالدراسة. The study aimed to find the level of professional compatibility among the university professors, where we conducted this study in three universities from the east of Algeria: University of 20 August 1955 in Skikda, University of Amir Abdul Qadir Constantine, University of Baji Mukhtar Annaba, to achieve this goal, the sample of the study consisted of 80 university professors who were randomly selected from different disciplines: psychology, economic sciences, political science, and forensic sciences. The results of the study indicated that the majority of the sample of the study sample suffer from poor professional compatibility and there are significant differences and another non-function in MST professional compatibility is attributable to the demographic variables involved in the study.
