Broad questions: Are there trends for high school students toward some of the leadership styles of the teacher in the physical education and sports classes? (Democratic, autocratic, anarchist). Narrow questions: What are the attitudes of high school students towards the democratic leadership style in the share of physical education and sports? What are the attitudes of high school students towards the autocratic leadership style in the share of physical education and sports? What are the attitudes of high school students towards the anarchist leadership style in the share of physical education and sports? Hypotheses of the study: Broad Hypothesis: There are trends in secondary school students towards some of the leadership styles of the professor of physical education and sports during the class. Narrow hypothesis: Secondary school students' attitudes toward the democratic leadership style in the physical education and sports participation are positive. Secondary school students' attitudes toward the autocratic leadership style in the physical education and sports participation are negative. Secondary school students' attitudes toward the anarchist leadership style in the physical education and sports participation are negative. Sample of the study: The sample included students from the secondary education, from wilaya of Bordj Bou Arreridj. Four high schools are focused on, in which all together we have taken 150 students out of 1518. Methodology: Descriptive approach was conducted, because it is the most used and appropriate to the research problem. Study tools: Questionnaire, A list containing a set of questions used by the researcher to construct questions and direct them to the respondent. Results of the research: I have discovered that the dominant mode of leadership among secondary stage students (second year) in the physical education and sports sector is the highly democratic pattern, and then comes the autocratic leadership style, followed, lately, by the chaotic leadership style. The most important suggestions: 1) Avoiding the extreme use of the autocratic leadership pattern, because of its several shortcomings. 2) Demonstrating the effective role of the leadership style in the educational institutions, and its influence on teachers of high school through educational seminars. 3) Working on elevating the level of the physical training session as a module that equals other modules in the coefficient; therefore, students will be motivated to attend it as well as loving it.
