هدفت هذه الدراسة لقياس فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الموديولات التعليمية لتنمية الكفايات الأساسية لدى مربيات التربية التحضيرية بولاية الوادي. أستخدم المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي، وتم بناء قائمة كفايات لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للمربيات تكونت من (50) فقرة، وبرنامج تدريبي اشتمل على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية، وبطاقة ملاحظة تكونت من (88) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث كفايات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (158) مربية طبقت عليهن قائمة الكفايات، حيث أُختير منهن (15) مربية طبق عليهن البرنامج التدريبي المقترح. وقد كشفت نتائج المعالجة الإحصائية عن وجود احتياجات تدريبية لجميع الكفايات التي تضمنتها القائمة، والتي شكلت النواة لبناء البرنامج التدريبي المقترح. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية الكفايات الأساسية لمربية التربية التحضيرية. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of a training program based on educational modules for the development of basic skills of teachers of preparatory education in the wilayat El Oued. The descriptive program and the experimental program were used. A list of competencies has been established to determine the training needs of female teachers. The program consists of 50 paragraphs, a training program comprising three main axes and a map consisting of 88 elements divided into three competencies. The sample of the study was consulted on (158) teachers who applied the list of competencies, 15 of whom were selected as teachers who applied the proposed training program. The results of the statistical analysis revealed the existence of training needs for all skills included in the list, which formed the core of the construction of the proposed training program. The results of the study also revealed the effectiveness of the proposed training program to develop the basic skills of the preparatory educator. (Published abstract)
