The purpose of the study is to identify the reflection of the psychological pressure during an educational class, on professors of physical education and sports within secondary schools of the municipality of M’sila. Problem of the study: To what extent the psychological pressure reflects on the professor of physical education and sports during an educational class? Hypothesis of the study: General hypothesis: The psychological pressure reflects on the professor of physical education and sports which effects on his level of performance during an educational class. Partial hypothesis: The psychological pressure affects negatively on the level of performance of the professor of physical education and sports during an educational class. To know how to deal with the psychological pressure during an educational class. There are several factors which cause psychological pressure, which effect on the performance of the professor of physical education and sports. Sample of the study: The sample of the study is composed of 30 professors, which corresponds to 85 percent of the society of the original research, of the school year 2018-2019 which has been randomly selected. Method adopted: Descriptive method. Study tools: The researcher carried out the resolution to measure the psychological pressure during an educational class. Data were treated via the software: Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Results: The study found that the psychological pressure reflects on the professor of physical education and sports during an educational class. Conclusion: 1) The psychological pressure reflects on the professor of physical education and sports which effects on his level of performance during an educational class. 2) There are several factors which cause psychological pressure, which effect on the performance of the professor of physical education and sports (Lack of resources and pedagogical means, as well as the burden of: role, responsibility, coaching and execution). 3) The psychological pressure effects on the level of performance of the professor of physical education and sports during an educational class (Stress, tension, loss of motivation and will, tiredness and noise). Suggestion: 1) Carrying out studies in different environments and with several variables, in terms of psychological pressure, as well as some other studies about dimensions of psychological pressure. 2) To carry out studies about the source of psychological pressure, to suggest on a training in favor of professors to know how to deal with and how to get rid of it during the educational class, as a basis for other studies and researches. 3) To find out reasons of the increase and the decrease of psychological pressure.
