يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة واقع الصمت التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم الابتدائي، لولاية قسنطينة لمعرفة آرائهم حول مستوى الصمت التنظيمي ومختلف الأشكال التي يتخذه والمترتبة على سكوت الأستاذ عن المشاكل التي تحدث في العمل، وهذا بالاعتماد على مقاییس ذات مصداقیة وثبات عالیین، وبعد تحلیل بيانات الدراسة ظهر سلوك الصمت التنظيمي بنسبة متوسطة وأن محدداته كانت منخفضة جدا، وأن هنالك جملة من العوامل المسببة له، لذا نوصي بضرورة الأخذ بنظر الاعتبار آراء العاملین ومحاولة معرفة المشاكل التي یعانون منها داخل العمل، محاولة الوصول إلى حلول لها كي لا تتحول مستقبلا إلى مشكلة صعب التعامل معها. This research aims to study the reality of organizational silence in the institutions of primary education in the wilaya of Constantine to find out their opinions about the level of organizational silence and the various forms that it takes at work, based on high credibility and consistency measures. Therefore, we recommend the necessity of taking into consideration the opinions of the employees and trying to find out the problems they suffer within the work, trying to reach solutions to them in order not to turn into a difficult problem in the future.
