تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستويات الضغط المهني والقلق لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة؛ وكيف تختلف تبعا لـ (المستوى التعليمي، التخصص، الأقدمية المهنية)، وكذا الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الضغط المهني والقلق. لتحقيق أهداف البحث تبنت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبتطبيق مقياسي الضغط المنهي والقلق على (117) معلما اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، أسفرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي عن أن: معظم المعلمين يعانون من ضغط مهني وقلق مرتفعين، مع وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة قوية بين الضغط المهني بكل أبعاده والقلق، بحيث يختلف مستوى الضغط المهني لديهم تبعا لمتغيري المستوى التعليمي والتخصص فقط، في حين لا يختلف مستوى القلق بينهم تبعا لكل متغيرات الدراسة. في الأخير اقترحت الباحثة بعض التوصيات، للتخفيف من وطأة هذه المشكلات المهنية. This study aimed at identifying the job stress and anxiety levels of special education teachers, and how these levels are influenced by (educational degree, specialization, teaching experience). Furthermore, it intended to explore relationship between job stress and anxiety. To achieve the study goal we used the analysis descriptive methodology, and two scales to measure job stress and anxiety about (117) teachers randomly selected. After statistic analysis, Results indicated high level of job stress and anxiety among participants. In addition, there was statistic significant positive relationship between job stress with all its dimensions and anxiety. They also showed statistic significant differences in job stress levels according to (educational degree, specialization), but anxiety levels didn’t affect with all factors. Finally, some suggests were offered to decrease job pressures. (Published abstract)
