هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الكفايات اللاَزمة لتطوير الأداء المهني للأستاذ في ظل الإصلاحات التربوية بالوطن العربي، من خلال القيام بتحليل لبعض الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت الكفايات المختلفة ومجالات الأداء للأستاذ بالوطن العربي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 20 دراسة بحثية، وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على البحوث والدراسات الحديثة التي أمكن الحصول عليها خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2008 – 2018، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم الكفايات اللازمة لتطوير الأداء المهني للأستاذ العربي تمثلت في: كفايات التخطيط للدرس، كفايات تنفيذ الدرس، كفايات التقويم، كفايات استخدام التواصل، الكفاية التعليمية في مجال محتوى المادة الدراسية وأساليب التدريس، مجال إدارة الصف وتوجيه السلوك، مجال الوسائل التعليمية، سمات الأستاذ الشخصية، الكفايات التدريسية، الكفايات التكنولوجية، الكفايات الإنسانية، الكفايات الشخصية، الكفايات الأكاديمية، الكفايات المرتبطة بالمحتوى العلمي للمادة والوسائل التعليمية، كفايات المظهر العام، كفايات المناهج الدراسية والمعرفية والمهنية، كفايات أهداف الدرس، كفايات العلاقات الإنسانية والتربوية، كفاءة مهارة التدريس، أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم، كفاءة أساليب التعزيز والتحفيز، الكفايات الاجتماعية، الكفايات المعرفية، الكفايات الإنتاجية، تخطيط التعليم وتنظيمه، تطبيق التعليم، النمو المهني، تهيئة الطلاب، التعامل مع الطلاب، بناء الاختبارات، الكفايات الأدائية، الكفايات الوجدانية، كفايات إنتاج الوسائل التعليمية. The study aimed to identify the most important competencies required to develop the professional performance of the teacher under the educational reforms in the Arab world, through an analysis of some previous studies on the various competencies and performance areas of the professor in the Arab World, and to achieve this goal, the researcher used analytical descriptive methodology, and produced a sample of 20 research studies, which were applied to recent research and studies that could be obtained during the period 2008 to 2018. Lesson planning competencies, lesson implementation competencies, assessment competencies, communication competencies, educational competence in subject matter content and teaching methods, classroom management and behavior guidance, educational resources, teacher personality attributes, instructional competencies, technology competencies, human competencies, personal competencies, academic competencies, competencies related to the scientific content of matter and educational methods, general appearance competencies, curricula and professional competencies of lesson goals, competencies on human and educational relationships, competency of teaching skill, ethics of the education profession, competence of reinforcement and motivation methods, social competencies, knowledge competencies, productivity competencies, planning and organization of education, application of education, professional growth, student configuration, dealing with students, test building, performance competencies, competency of educational methods.
