تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع حماية الطفل من خلال تربيته السليمة التي تخول له أن يكون فاعلاً إيجابياً بالمجتمع، كما تم التطرق للأسس الإجرائية لمواجهة جرائم الرق الأبيض والإنترنت والجريمة المنظمة والعمالة والتسرب من المدارس والنزاعات المسلحة في مواجهة الأطفال. وجاءت في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث. تناولت في المبحث الأول حرص الشريعة الإسلامية وواجبها في المحافظة على الأطفال ورعايتهم، وذلك لأن رعاية الأطفال تعتبر من أهم الاستثمارات اليوم. والمبحث الثاني تناولت فيه دور الأسرة في دعم مشاركة الأطفال والعمل على توفير الأسس السليمة للتربية منهاجاً وأخلاقاً. أما المبحث الثالث تناولت فيه نبذة عن هذه الجرائم ووسائل معالجتها، والوسائل الإجرائية لحماية الأطفال في مواجهة هذه الجرائم ثم بعد ذلك جاءت خاتمة وتوصيات هذه الدراسة. This study dealt with the issue of child protection through proper education that enables it to be a positive actor in society. It came in front and three detective. In the first section, I dealt with the keenness of Islamic law and its duty to preserve and care for children, because childcare is one of the most important investments today. The second topic dealt with the role of the family in supporting the participation of children and working to provide a sound basis for education curriculum and ethics. The third section dealt with a summary of these crimes and means of dealing with them, and procedural means to protect children in the face of these crimes and then came the conclusion and recommendations of this study.
