هدف البحث الى تحديد أهم المعوقات الادارية التي تواجه تدريسي كلية التربية البدنية والعلوم الرياضية - جامعة صلاح الدين - اربيل، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لكونه من أكثر المناهج استخداما في مجال التربية البدنية والعلوم الادارة الرياضية والبحوث التربوية والنفسية والاجتماعية، اشتمل مجتمع البحث على التدريسين في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة صلاح الدين / اربيل والبالغ عددهم (68) تدريسي وتم استبعاد (3) تدريسين بسبب تمتعهم بأجازة وبذلك اصبح مجتمع البحث (65) تدريسي وترتبط عملية إختيار العينة إرتباطا وثيقا بطبيعة البحث المأخوذة منه العينة، وبهذا فقد تمّ إختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية، واستنتج الباحثانعدم ملائمة ادارة الهدف التعليمي مع قدرات وقابليات الطلبة، وان المدرس يستخدم الطريقة أو الأسلوب المناسب لتحقيق ادارة الأهداف التعليمية، والكتاب المنهجي يساعد في تحقيق ادارة الأهداف التعليمية، وان اغلب التقنيات التربوية الموجودة قديمة التصنيع، وأوصى توضيح الهدف التعليمي قبل بدء الدرس، وتحديده ليتلاءم مع قدرات الطلبة، مع توفير العدد الكافي من التقنيات التربوية الحديثة في الأقسام العلمية، وحث وتشجيع الطلبة على التحضير اليومي، وتهيئة الواجبات بصورة صحيحة. The aim of the research is to identify the most important administrative obstacles facing Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science - Salah Aldin University - Erbil. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method because it is one of the most used curricula in the field of physical education and science sports administration and educational and psychological and social research, the research community included the two teaching in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science, Salahuddin University / Erbil, the number (68) is teaching and (3) were excluded because they had a vacation and thus the research community became (65) teaching and the process of selecting the sample is closely related to the nature of research the sample was taken from it, and thus the research sample was chosen in an intentional way, and the researchers concluded that the educational goal management is not appropriate with the capabilities and capabilities of students, and that the teacher uses the appropriate method or method to achieve the management of educational goals, and the textbook helps in achieving educational goals management, and that most educational techniques the existing ones are old-fashioned, and it is recommended that the educational goal be clarified before the start of the lesson, and identify it to suit the students' abilities, while providing a sufficient number of modern educational techniques in the scientific departments, and encourage and encourage students to prepare daily, and prepare the duties correctly fairway.
