الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف إلى مستوى جودة التعلّم عن بعد من وجهة نظر الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في الجامعة الأردنية خلال جائحة كورونا، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جودة التعلّم عن بعد تختلف باختلاف نوع الإعاقة. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهجية المختلطة، وقد روعي في عينة الدراسة التي تكوّنت من 58 طالبًا وطالبة وأختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية أن تكون ممثلة لجميع أنواع الإعاقة. وفي الإجابة عن السؤال الأول للدراسة، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى عالٍ من جودة التعلم عن بعد من وجهة نظر الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في الجامعة الأردنية خلال جائحة كورونا فقد كان مستوى الجودة مرتفعاً. وفي الإجابة عن السؤال الثاني للدراسة أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى جودة التعلّم عن بُعد تختلف باختلاف نوع الإعاقة. وبناء على درجة تقييم جودة التعليم من وجهة نظر الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في الجامعة الأردنية خلال جائحة كورونا، توصي الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بالخدمات والبرامج التربوية المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في الجامعات الأردنية، وتطوير البرامج التعليمية إلى مستويات أعلى من مستوى الجودة الحالي، بالإضافة إلى التأكيد على أهمية وضع برامج رعاية شاملة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة تراعي احتياجات الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة وخصائصهم من أجل تسهيل عملية إدماجهم في العملية التعليمية بشكل أفضل في المستقبل، وكذلك العمل على توفير كافة الخدمات والتجهيزات الميسرة للتعليم والتعلم للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة داخل الجامعات الأردنية. The aims of the study were to investigate the quality of distance learning from the perspective of students with disability at the University of Jordan during the Corona pandemic and to find out if there are significant differences in the quality of distance learning among types of disability. In order to collect data for this study, the mixed method was used. The study sample consisted of 58 students with disability from both genders. All types of disability were represented in this sample who were selected using the random stratified method. In answering the first question of the study, the results of the study showed a high level of distance learning quality from the perspective of students with disabilities at the University of Jordan during the Corona pandemic, as the quality level was high. In answering the second question of the study, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the quality level of distance learning according to the type of disability. Based on the investigation of the degree of quality of distance learning from the perspective of students with disability at the University of Jordan during the Corona pandemic, this study has several recommendations. There is a need to increase the attention to educational services and programs provided to students with disability in Jordanian universities. Additionally, the current educational programs should be further developed to reflect a better quality and meet the needs for students with disability. Moreover, the results of this study emphasize the importance of developing comprehensive programs for students with disability that take into account the needs and characteristics of students with disability in order to facilitate their integration into the educational process. Finally, it was recommended to provide all services and equipment that facilitate teaching and learning processes for students with disability within Jordanian universities. (Author’s abstract)
