The importance of research lies in the fact that it offers a program based on active learning strategies and interactive activities within the activity hall away from traditional methods, and also enriches the current curriculum with simple religious information that does not depend on the way of repetition and indoctrination. The research aims to develop certain religious concepts through the activation of active learning strategies in the education and learning processes of children, through the sustainable development of religious concepts and the continuous measurement of impact to ensure that the goals are reached through several measures and tests. Using the semi- pilot curriculum, the research sample consisted of 107 children and a kindergarten children aged between 4.6 years, to whom the school tools of testing the religious concepts of kindergartens and the program based on active learning strategies. The results of the research resulted in statistically significant differences between the average grades of kindergarten children statistically significant differences between the average grades of kindergartens testing religious concepts (prayer, ears, stubble) after application of the program, are attributable to the sex variable (male, female). Differences were made in favor of male children at the second level, while in favor of females at the third level. The research recommended the necessity of building educational units based on Islamic education curricula that present religious concepts in a sensual way starting from the perceptible to the abstract in an interactive way in which the religious questions of the child are answered in proportion to his age and level of perception, and it also stressed the need to pay attention to storytelling and use various storytelling strategies because stories quickly become stuck in children's minds, by presenting situations that include setting a good example for the future.
