In view of what previously mentioned, study problem can be identified as what follows: is there a correlative relationship between assertiveness and self-efficiency for the only child aging (15- 17) years? Are there differences between degrees averages of males and females in self-assertiveness for the only child aging (15- 17) years? Are there differences between degrees averages of males and females in self efficiency for the only child aging (15- 17) years? This study aimed at: uncovering the relationship between assertiveness for the only child and self-efficiency in age stage (15- 17) years. Uncovering differences between the two sexes in the chosen age stage in both of assertiveness and self-efficiency. The comparative correlative descriptive methodology was used as considered appropriate with study objectives and hypotheses. Study sample was chosen intentionally for the only child from secondary stage of both sexes from private schools aging (15- 17) years, the sample consisted of 24 teenagers of both sexes divided into 11 males and 13 females. Tools: primary data form (prepared by Fayza Youseif Abd El-Megeed). Social and educational level form of parents (prepared by Fayza Youseif Abd El-Megeed). A scale of self-assertiveness of the only child aging (15- 17) years (prepared by the researcher). A scale of self-efficiency of the only child aging (15- 17) years (prepared by the researcher). Results: there is a correlation relationship between assertiveness and self-efficiency for the only child aging (15- 17) years. There are statistically significant differences between degrees averages of males and females in self-assertiveness for the only child aging (15- 17) years. There are statistically significant differences between degrees averages of males and females in self efficiency for the only child aging (15- 17) years. (Published abstract)
