هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى القيادة الفاعلة لدى الطلبة، وتفعيلها في ريادة الأنشطة الطلابية بجامعة حائل وسبل تطويرها، كما هدفت إلى بيان الفروق بناء على التخصصات الدراسية للطلاب، في تفعيل دورهم القيادي من خلال الأنشطة الطلابية، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطب قت على عينة طبقية مكونة من (270) طالبا من طلاب النشاط بالجامعة، وفقا لمتغيرات التخصصات الدراسية، كما طبّقت على (50) منسّقا للأنشطة الطلابية في الجامعة، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع للقيادة الفاعلة لدى طلاب الأنشطة الطلابية في جامعة حائل، وأن الأنشطة الطلابية تؤدي دورا كبيرا في تنمية القيادة الفاعلة لدى الطلاب المشاركين فيها من وجهة نظرهم. كما أوضحت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) فأقل في المتوسطات الحسابية، لمستوى دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تنمية القيادة الفاعلة لدى الطلاب، يمكن عزوها لتخصصاتهم، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات لتطوير النشاط الطلابي في الجامعة لتنمية القيادة الفاعلة لدى الطلاب. The study aims to uncover the level of effective leadership among students and activate them in the leadership of student activities at the University of Hail and ways to develop them, as well as clarifying differences based on the academic disciplines of students in activating leadership with them through student activities. The study uses the descriptive analytical approach, and is applied to a component stratified sample out of (270) students from activity students at the university according to the variables of study majors, and (50) from supervisors and coordinators of activities at the university, the results indicate that there is a high level of effective leadership among students of Hail University, and that student activities play a large role in developing leadership of the above-student participants from their point of view. It also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) and less in the mathematical averages of the level of the role of student activities in developing effective student leadership that can be attributed to student specialties, and the study presented a set of proposals to develop student activity at the university to develop effective leadership among students.
