هدفت هذه الدراسة الي الكشف عن مستوى التوافق المهني لدى الموظفين الإداريين بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق استمارة استبيان على عينة مكونة من 55 موظفا وموظفة، ولمعالجة البيانات احصائيا تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية SPSS، وقد أظهرت الدراسة النتائج التالية: 1) وجود مستوى متوسط للتوافق المهني لدى الموظفين الإداريين بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة. 2) وجود مستوى متوسط بالنسبة لتوافق الموظفين الإداريين لذاتهم بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة. 3) وجود مستوى متوسط لتوافق الموظفين الإداريين مع متطلبات العمل بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة. 4) وجود مستوى متوسط بالنسبة لتوافق الموظفين الإداريين مع الظروف المادية والاجتماعية بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة. 5) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق المهني لدى موظفي الإدارة الجامعية بالمسيلة تبعا لمتغير الجنس. This study aimed to identify the level of professional compatibility of the administrative staff at the University of Muhammad Boudiaf in M'sila, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire form was applied to a sample of 55 male and female employees, we relied on the descriptive approach, In order to treat the data statistically we used the statistical package for social sciences SPSS program. The study showed the following results: 1) The level of professional compatibility among the administrative staff is medium at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf in M'sila. 2) The level of the individual's self-consensus among the administrative staff is medium at the University of Muhammad Boudiaf in M'sila. 3) The level of individual compatibility with work requirements of the administrative staff is medium at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf in M'sila. 4) The level of the individual's compatibility with the physical and social conditions of the administrative staff at the University of Muhammad Boudiaf in M'sila. 5) There is statistically significant differences in the professional compatibility of university administration employees in M’sila, according to the gender variable.
