هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة أساليب المعاملة الوالدية وعلاقتها بمهارات حل المشكلات لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي بثانوية الشهيد جودي أحمد. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء هذه الدراسة وبحكم ملائمته لوصف أساليب المعاملة الوالدية وعلاقتها بمهارات حل المشكلات لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي، واستخدمت أيضًا أسلوب العينة العشوائية، حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (70) تلميذ وتلميذة. وقد استخدمت الباحثة بعض الأدوات لإجراء الدراسة وتتمثل في مقياس القدرة على حل المشكلات الذي أعده (Heppner, 1978) وقام بترجمته "نزيه حمدي" (1998)، ومقياس أساليب المعاملة الوالدية بصورتيه "صورة الأب" و "صورة الأم" الذي أعده "النفيعي" (1988)، واستخدمت الباحثة كذلك برنامج الحاسب الآلي وفقا لنظام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) واشتمل على عدد من المعالجات الإحصائية وتتمثل في معامل الارتباط بيرسون، وواستعنا باختبار (ت) للفروق للمجموعات المستقلة. This research aim at identifying parental treatment types and their relation to problem-solving skills among third-year secondary school students at Martyr Djoudi Ahmed. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method to conduct this study, and by virtue of its suitability to describe the methods of parental treatment and its relationship to problem-solving skills of third-year secondary school student, and also used the random sample individuals reached (70) male and female students. The researcher used some tools to conduct the study, which are represented in the problem-solving ability scale prepared by (Heppner) (1978) and translated by (Nazih Hamdi) (1998), and the parental treatment methods scale in its two forms, (fathers image) and (mothers Image) prepared by Al-Nafiei (1988), and the researcher also used the computer program according to the statistical Package for social sciences (SPSS) system, and it included a number of statistical treatments represented in the correlation coefficient of Pearson, and we used the (T) test for differences for independent groups. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1) There is a non-statistically significant correlation between the methods of parental treatment of the father and mother and the problem-solving skills of third year secondary school students. 2) There are statistically significant differences in the method of guidance and counseling for the father among third year secondary school pupils according to the gender variable in favor of males. There were no differences between the sexes in the methods of punishment and withdrawal of love, while there were differences between the sexes in the methods of treating the mother in favor of males. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the methods of parental treatment of the father among students of the third year of secondary school due to the variable of the academic division (scientific/ literary), while there are differences between third secondary students according to the school division in the methods of parental treatment of the of the mother in method of punishment in favor of the scientific division, and in favor of literary division in the method of guidance and counseling. While there are no differences between students of the two branches in the method of withdrawing love. 4) There are no statistically significant differences in the problem-solving skills of third-year secondary school pupils due to the gender variable (male/ female). 5) There are no statistically significant differences in the problem-solving skills of third-year secondary school pupils due to the variable academic division (scientific/ literary). The study included a number of recommendations and proposals: 1) The researcher recommends that media, educational and religious programs focus on modifying the dealing with adolescent and adolescent girls by giving them the greatest amount of love, and modifying their methods of counseling and guidance to take more dialogue than forms of instructions and orders. 2) The allocation of an open day or specific hours per week, to discuss the most important new matters regarding parenting issues or parenting methods and positive social behavior, and how to apply these methods in our daily life. 3) That parents refrain from using different methods of punishment, because it does not provide the children with an opportunity to achieve themselves and self-confidence and thus their feeling of psychological and social insecurity, and if punishment is unavoidable, then it should be according to the established principles away from emotion and rigidity. 4) Guiding parents to the best methods of proper parenting that increase the problem-solving skills of their children, and thus help them achieve personal and social success. 5) Educating parents about the effects of using negative parental treatment methods that would affect the psych of their children, and thus their lack of abilities or life skills that enable them to enjoy a normal social life. The proposals: 1) Methods of positive parenting treatment and their impact on the formation of a positive personality in children. 2) Methods of parental treatment and its relationship to psychological security of adolescent. 3) Methods of parental treatment and its relationship to academic achievement of secondary school student. 4) Methods of negative parenting treatment have an effect on the emergence of depression and aggression in the kindergarten child. 5) Parental treatment methods and their relationship to social esteem among working women.
