The study aimed to identify the correlation between occupational stress and self-efficacy of the guidance counselor, as well as to identify the level of both professional pressures and self-efficacy, in addition to revealing the differences in both occupational pressures and self-efficacy according to the gender variable, and to achieve the study objectives, the first two tools were used to measure Professional pressures prepared by the researcher 0000 (prepared by Awad Bashar Al-Harbi, 2010), and the second to measure self-efficacy prepared by the researcher (Al-Adl, 2001) developed by Hadeel Yusef Muhammad Zahouq (2013). The descriptive approach was also used, and the size of the basic sample was (45) school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in the state of M'sila. And the following statistical methods were used (arithmetic means and standard deviations - T-Test for two samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, and the study reached the following results: 1) There is a statistically significant correlation relationship between occupational stress and self-efficacy among school and vocational guidance counselors. 2) The level of professional pressure of school and vocational guidance counselors is moderate. 3) The level of self-efficacy of school counseling and career counseling counselors is moderate. 4) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational pressure among school and vocational counseling counselors, according to the gender variable. 5) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of selfefficacy of school and vocational counseling counselors according to the gender variable.
