هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة التمكين الإداري للمشرفات التربويات في إدارة الإشراف التربوي مدينة الرياض والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في درجة ممارسة التمكين الإداري للمشرفات، تبعا للمتغيرات التالية (الخبرة - الدورات التدريبية - المؤهل العلمي).واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وكانت عينة الدراسة تتمثل في المشرفات التربويات في إدارة الإشراف والبالغ عددهن سبع وثلاثون مشرفة وهي تمثل مجتمع الدراسة، وكانت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة، ومن أهم النتائج : موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة متوسطة على درجة ممارسة التمكين الإداري من حيث تفويض السلطة وجاءت موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة عالية للفقرات التي تقيس درجة ممارسة التمكين الإداري من حيث العمل الجماعي والسلوك الإبداعي، كما انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات أفراد الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة التمكين الإداري للمشرفات التربويات في الإشراف التربوي تبعا لمتغير الخبرة والدورات التدريبية. بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات أفراد الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة التمكين الإداري للمشرفات التربويات في الإشراف التربوي تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. The study aimed to identify the degree of administrative empowerment practice for female educational supervisors in educational supervision department in Riyadh. It also aimed to identify the statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative empowerment practice for female educational supervisors, according to the following variables (experience - training courses - educational qualification). The researcher adopted the descriptive survey method. The study sample included the educational supervisors of educational supervision department: thirty-seven female supervisors, representing the study population. The study tool was the questionnaire. The study results: the approval of the study members, at a medium degree, of the degree of administrative empowerment practice for female educational supervisors in the educational supervision administration in terms of delegation of authority; and the approval of the study members, in a high degree, for the paragraphs that measure the degree of administrative empowerment practice for educational supervisors in the educational supervision administration in terms of teamwork and creative behavior. There are no statistically significant differences between the attitudes of study members about the degree the administrative empowerment practice of female educational supervisors in educational supervision, according to variables of experience and training courses. While there are statistically significant differences between the attitudes of the study members on the degree of administrative empowerment practice for female educational supervisors in educational supervision according to the variable of the educational qualification.
