هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى مهارات إدارة الوقت لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة مكة المكرمة، وما إذا كانت هناك فروق بينهم تعزى لاختلاف الصف أو التخصص أو النظام التعليمي (الفصلي، المقررات)، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة تكونت من ثلاثة محاور رئيسة (المهارات المتعلقة بأدوات وأساليب إدارة الوقت، مهارات التخطيط لإدارة الوقت، مهارات تنظيم الوقت). وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (239) طالبا من طلاب المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمدينة مكة المكرمة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى إدارة الوقت ككل وكذلك في المحاور الثلاثة كان متوسطا لدى الطلاب، وقد ظهرت المحاور الثلاثة على الترتيب التالي: مهارات تنظيم الوقت، مهارات التخطيط لإدارة الوقت، المهارات المتعلقة بأدوات وأساليب إدارة الوقت. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق تعزى لاختلاف النظام التعليمي لصالح طلاب نظام المقررات، بينما لم توجد فروق تعزى لاختلاف التخصص. The study aimed at identifying the level of time management skills among secondary school students in the city of Makkah, and whether there are differences between them due to the difference in class, specialization, or educational system (semester system, courses system). The study adopted the descriptive approach. The tool was a questionnaire consisting of three main axes (skills related to time management tools and methods, time management planning skills, time management skills). The study was applied to a sample of (239) students at the public secondary schools in the city of Makkah. The results of the study showed that the level of time management at large as well as the three axes was medium among students, and the three axes emerged in the following order: time management skills, time management planning skills, skills related to time management tools and methods. The study revealed that there were differences due to the difference in the educational system in favor of the students of the courses system, while there were no differences due to the difference in the specialization.
