هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم معيقات تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر معلميهم بدولة الكويت، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (700) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة اشتملت على (32) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد للمعيقات وهي: معيقات تتعلق بالمنهج الدراسي، ومعيقات تتعلق ببيئة المدرسة، ومعيقات تتعلق بمعلمي المرحلة، ومعيقات تتعلق بتلميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود معيقات من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية عند تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية وهي مرتبة على النحو التالي: معيقات تتعلق ببيئة المدرسة ثم معيقات تتعلق بالمنهج الدراسي ثم معيقات تتعلق بمعلم المرحلة الابتدائية وأخيرا معيقات تتعلق بتلميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين المعلمين والمعلمات في وجهة نظرهم نحو معيقات تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية والعمل على تكثيف الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة في الابداع لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية وضرورة تطوير المناهج. The current study aimed to identify the most important obstacles to creative thinking among primary school students from the perspective of their teachers in the state of Kuwait. The sample of the study consisted of (777) male and female primary school teachers in the state of Kuwait. The researcher prepared a questionnaire that included (23) items distributed on four dimensions of obstacles, namely: obstacles related to the curriculum, obstacles related to the school environment, obstacles related to teachers, and obstacles related to primary school students. The results of the study found that there are obstacles from the perspective of their teachers’ primary school when developing creative thinking for primary school students, and they are arranged as follows. Obstacles related to the school environment, then the obstacles related to the school curriculum, then obstacles related to the elementary school teacher, and finally obstacles related to the elementary school student. The results also showed that there were no differences attributable to the gender variable. The study recommended the necessity to developing creative thinking among primary school students, and to intensify training courses specialized in creativity for primary school teachers and the need to develop curricula.
