تضمن البحث أربعة أبواب احتوى الباب الأول على مقدمة البحث وأهميته وتم التطرق إلى أهمية مهارات الاتصال لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية ومدرسي المتوسطة أما مشكلة البحث تكمن في تباين الاداء للطلبة بين مرحلتي الدراسة الإبتدائية والمتوسطة بالرغم أن المهارات للألعاب تتبع الأنماط التعليمي. وهدف البحث التعرف على الفروق بين المدرسين والمعلمين في مهارات الإتصال لمعلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضة في بغداد من وجهة نظر الطلبة تم اختيار عينة البحث عشوائيا و بلغت حجم عينة البحث الكلي (288) طالباً في المرحلتين الإبتدائية والمتوسطة لتربيات بغداد الكرخ. واستنتج الباحث أن مدرسي التربية الرياضية في مديريات تربية بغداد يمتلكون مستوى أعلى من مجال مهارات الإتصال مقارنة بمعلمي التربية الرياضية. وأوصى الباحث رفع مستوى مهارات الاتصال لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية في مديريات تربية بغداد التي توصل إليها الباحث في تقييم المدرسين وتعميمها. The research included four sections containing the first section on the introduction of the research and its importance, and the importance of communication skills among primary school teachers and middle school teachers. The problem of research lies in the difference in performance between students between the primary and intermediate stages, although the skills of games follow the educational patterns. The aim of the researcher was to compare between teachers in primary schools and teachers in intermediate schools in the communication skills of teachers of physical education in Baghdad (as the point of view of students was randomly selected the total of samples were (288) students in the primary and intermediate schools of Baghdad Al-Karkh. The researcher included that the physical education teachers in in the intermediate schools in the directorate of Education in Baghdad, have a higher level of the field of communication skills compared to the teachers of physical education in primary schools. The researcher recommended raising the level of communication skills of physical education teachers in primary schools in the directorate of Education in Baghdad reached by the researcher in the evaluation of teachers and dissemination.
