يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء مقياس الامن الفكري لدى عينة من طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية الجامعة المستنصرية للعام الدراسي (2017-2018). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (387) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم باستخدام الطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من التخصصات العلمية والإنسانية ومن المراحل الدراسية الأربعة. يتألف مقياس الأمن الفكري من (42) فقرة وأمام كل فقرة توجد خمسة بدائل للإجابة ذات تدرج خماسي، وزعت الفقرات على ستة أبعاد للمقياس هي: بعد المواطنة والبعد الأخلاقي والبعد الامني والبعد الثقافي والبعد العقائدي والبعد الإعلامي، أجرى الباحث التحليل الإحصائي للفقرات للتحقق من تمييز الفقرات وارتباط درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس وارتباط درجة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للبعد الذي تنتمي اليه وارتباط الأبعاد بعظها مع البعض الآخر كما تحقق الباحث من الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس كالصدق والثبات. استنتج الباحث أن المقياس يتميز بخصائص سايكومترية يمكن الوثوق بها، كما يمكن تطبيقه من قبل الباحثين على عينات مختلفة؛ وأخيراً اقترح الباحث عدد من الدراسات اللاحقة بهذا الخصوص. The present research aims to construct a scale to measure the intellectual security for a sample of students of the college of Basic Education, in Al- Mustansiriya university for the academic year (2017-2018). The sample of the study consisted of (387) students who were chosen by using the random stratified method from the scientific and human disciplines and from the four academic stages. The intellectual security measure consists of (42) item and in each item there were five alternatives to the answer with a five-grade scale. The items were distributed to six dimensions for the scale which were: citizenship, ethics, security, cultural, ideological and the media dimension; the researcher conducted statistical analysis of the items to verify the discrimination of items and the correlation of the degree of the item to the overall degree of the scale and the correlation of the degree of the item to the degree of the dimension to which it belongs and the association of dimensions with each other's. The researcher also investigated psychometric characteristics of the scale such as validity and reliability, the researcher concluded that the measure has the characteristics of psychometric that can be trusted, and can be applied by researchers on different samples; and finally the researcher suggested a number of subsequent studies regarding this subject.
