تواجه الطالبة المعلمة الكثير من المشكلات التي تتطلب منها اتخاذ القرارات السليمة بشأنها وتتوقف هذه القرارات على درجة امتلاكها للكفايات اللازمة التي تتفرد بها عن غيرها من الطالبات لذا هدف البحث الحالي إلى ما يأتي: 1) قياس مستوى مهارة حل المشكلات لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في كلية التربية الأساسية الجامعة المستنصرية. 2) قياس مستوى مهارة اتخاذ القرار لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في كلية التربية الأساسية الجامعة المستنصرية. 3) التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين مهارة حل المشكلات ومهارة اتخاذ القرار لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في كلية التربية الأساسية الجامعة المستنصرية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم اختيار العينة بالأسلوب الطبقي العشوائي المتناسب والبالغ حجمها (100) طالبة تمثل نسبتها (40%) من حجم المجتمع الكلي البالغ (252) طالبة. وبتطبيق مقياس مهارة حل المشكلات التي تم إعداده واستخراج خصائصه السايكومترية من قبل الباحثة، واعتماد اختبار مهارة اتخاذ القرار المطبق من قبل (الدوري، 2014) تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1) إن عينة البحث لديهنَ مستوى مرتفع في مهارة حل المشكلات. 2) إن عينة البحث لديهنَ مستوى مرتفع في مهارة اتخاذ القرار. 3) وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ايجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بلغت قيمتها (0.574) بين مهارة حل المشكلات ومهارة اتخاذ القرار لدى طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The student face a lot of problems that require them to make sound decisions on them and depends on these decisions on the degree of possession of the necessary competencies that are unique to other students, so the current research aims to the following: 1) Measuring the level of problem solving skill among students of the Department of Kindergartens in the Faculty of Basic Education University of Mustansiriyah. 2) Measuring the level of decision-making skill among students of the Department of Kindergartens in the Faculty of Basic Education University of Mustansiriyah. 3) To identify the correlation between the problem solving skill and decision-making skill of students of the Department of Kindergartens in the Faculty of Basic Education, University of Mustansiriyah. In order to achieve these aims a sample was chosen in the proportionate random stratification of 100 students representing 40% of the total population of 252 students. By applying the problem solving skill level, which was prepared by the researcher, and by adopting the test of the decision-making skills applied by (Al-Douri, 2014), the following results were obtained: 1) The research sample has a high level of problem solving skill. 2) The study sample has a high level in decision-making skill. 3) There is a positive correlation relationship with a statistical significance of (0,574) between problem solving skill and decision making skill among female kindergarten students. In light of these results, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented. (Published abstract)
