تتناول الدراسة موضوع دور الجامعات السعودية في تعزيز أداء القطاع الخاص في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، وقد هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أساليب تعزيز دور الجامعات السعودية تجاه القطاع الخاص في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة: من جميع القيادات في الجامعات، وهم وكلاء الجامعة، وعمداء الكليات، ووكلاء الكليات، ورؤساء الأقسام، والمديرون في مكاتب الشراكة وريادة الأعمال، وعددهم (801)، كما تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع القيادات في أكبر شركات القطاع الخاص بالمملكة العربية السعودية بشركة الاتصالات السعودية، والشركة السعودية للصناعات الأساسية (سابك)، ومصرف الراجحي، والشركة السعودية للكهرباء. ويبلغ عددهم 1216 فردا، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من الفئة الأولى (627) فردا، ومن الفئة الثانية القطاع الخاص (119) فردا، وقد استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على أساليب تعزيز دور الجامعات السعودية تجاه القطاع الخاص في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030 بمتوسط (4.26 من 5.00)، وانحراف معياري (0.734)، ووزن نسبي (85.2%)، ومن أبرز التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ضرورة إقامة دورات وبرامج تثقيفية لمنسوبي الجامعات والقطاع الخاص عن أهمية دور الجامعات تجاه القطاع الخاص، كما أوصت الدراسة بالتزام الإدارة العليا في الجامعات وفي مؤسسات القطاع الخاص بدعم إقامة علاقات إيجابية بين الطرفين لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030م، وإنشاء نظام معلوماتي دقيق عن إمكانيات الجامعة البحثية والخدمات التي يمكن أن تقدمها لمؤسسات القطاع الخاص، وإقامة برامج تطوير وتدريب لموظفي مؤسسات القطاع الخاص في الجامعات. The objective of the study is to identify the methods of enhancing the role of Saudi universities towards the private sector in light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. To achieve this objective, the researcher used the descriptive approach using the method of social survey. Of all university leaders, namely university agents, deans of faculties, college agents, heads of departments, directors of partnership and entrepreneurship offices, 801. The study community is composed of all leaders in the largest private sector companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi basic industries corporation (SABIC), Al Rajhi bank and Saudi electricity company. There are 1216 individuals, and the sample of the study is the first category (627). And the second category private sector (119) individuals. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for study and the results of the study. The results of the study showed that the sample members agreed on ways to enhance the role of Saudi universities towards the private sector in light of the vision of the kingdom 2030 (average 4.26 of 5.00) (85%). The most important recommendations of the study were the need to establish courses and educational programs for university and private sector employees on the importance of the role of universities towards the private sector. The study also recommended that senior management in universities and private sector institutions support the establishment of positive relations between the two parties to achieve the vision of the kingdom of 2030 and establish an accurate information system on the university's research potential and services that can be provided to private sector institutions and the establishment of programs for the development and training of employees of private sector institutions in universities.
