هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة عمليات العلم لدى طلبة كلية العلوم في جامعة اليرموك وعلاقتها باتجاهاتهم نحو العمل المخبري. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم جمع البيانات من خلال اختبار عمليات العلم، والمكون من (40) فقرة، واستبانة اتجاهاتهم نحو العمل المخبري مكون من (28) فقرة، ووزعت على (286) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة كلية العلوم في جامعة اليرموك. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة امتلاك طلبة كلية العلوم في جامعة اليرموك متدنية، أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) في المتوسطات الحسابية لعلامات الطلبة على اختبار عمليات العلم تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال التنبؤ، فقد جاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث. كما وأظهرت النتائج أن اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل المخبري متوسطة، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وأظهرت النتائج بعدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين عمليات العلم والاتجاهات نحو العمل المخبري. This study aimed to know the science processes of students of the Faculty of Science at Yarmouk University and their relationship to their attitudes towards laboratory work. To achieve the goal of the study. Data were collected through a science processes test. Consisting of (40) items. And a questionnaire consisting of (28) items. Distributed to (286) male and female students from the college of science students at Yarmouk University. The results showed that the degree of ownership of students of the Faculty of Science at Yarmouk University is low. And that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the gender variable in their ownership of science processes except for the prediction process. As it showed statistically significant differences in favor of males. And the results also showed that students' attitudes toward laboratory work are medium. And that there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the gender variable. And the results showed that there is no correlation between the science processes and attitudes towards laboratory work. (Published abstract)
