هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ممارسات المعلمة المؤثرة في تطوير دافعية التعلم لطالبات المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر معلمات العلوم المسلكية بخميس مشيط. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي بأداة الاستبانة المغلقة، وكان مجتمع الدراسة هو معلمات العلوم المسلكية بالمدارس الثانوية التابعة لمحافظة خميس مشيط، وتم التطبيق على كامل المجتمع حيث أجابت (53) معلمة منهن على الأداة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن جميع ممارسات المعلمة الواردة في الاستبانة مؤثرة بدرجة كبيرة على دافعية التعلم لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر معلمات العلوم المسلكية بالمدارس الثانوية التابعة لمحافظة خميس مشيط، وكانت أعلى ممارسات المعلمات تأثيرا على دافعية التعلم لطالبات المرحلة الثانوية هي الممارسات التالية: تراعي الظروف الصحية والنفسية التي تمر بها الطالبات، تحرص على إشباع الحاجات الأساسية للطالبة من أكل وشرب وقضاء حاجة، تشرك الطالبات في تحديد واختبار بعض طرق وآليات تقويمهم، تسمح للطالبات بابتكار طرق وحلول جديدة للتعلم، وترشد الطالبات إلى برامج مساندة وإثرائية تدعم تعلمهن لمحتوى المنهج. وأوصت الدراسة بالإعداد التربوي للمعلمة قبل الخدمة، والتدريب المستمر على مهارات المعلمة التي تزيد من دافعية طالباتها نحو التعلم. The study aimed at identifying the female-teacher's practices that impact on development of motivation for learning among secondary school female-students from the viewpoint of behavioral science female-teachers in Khamis Mushait. The study used the descriptive-survey approach with the closed-ended questionnaire as a tool, and the study population was the female-teachers of behavioral sciences in the secondary schools affiliated to Khamis Mushait governorate, and the tool was applied to the entire population of (53) female-teachers who have responded to the study tool. The study concluded that all female-teacher's practices mentioned in the questionnaire have a significant impact on the motivation for learning among secondary school female-students from the viewpoint of behavioral science female-teachers in secondary schools affiliated to Khamis Mushait governorate, and female-teachers' practices of the highest impact on the motivation for learning among secondary schools female-students were the following: 1) she takes into account the health and psychological conditions experienced by the female-students. 2) She keens to satisfy the basic needs of the female-student from eating, drinking, and going to the toilet. 3) She engages the students in determining and testing some of their evaluation methods and mechanisms. 4) She allows female-students to devise new methods and solutions for learning. 5) She guides female-students to support and enrichment programs that support their learning of the curriculum content. The study recommended the educational preparation for the pre-service female-teacher, and continuous training in the skills of the female-teacher that increases the motivation of her female-students towards learning.
