The current study sought to identify the competencies of hybrid education required to be available to faculty members in Egyptian universities, and to present a proposed conception that can in fact be activated by the faculty members of Egyptian universities, by reviewing the concept of hybrid education, its characteristics, importance, patterns and most important requirements, competencies Hybrid education for faculty members. The study used the descriptive curriculum procedures to achieve its objectives, using the questionnaire that was prepared, codified and applied to a sample of education experts represented by the faculty members of some faculties of education in Egyptian universities, to identify the competencies of hybrid education required for the members of the teaching staff in Egyptian universities, as the current study sample was In the faculty members of some colleges of education in Egyptian universities, which amounted to (144) members, representing (5%) of the original community, and their number (2880) faculty members in the academic year (2019-2020) AD, and the sample was chosen in a systematic random way We offer some colleges of education in Egyptian universities (Menoufia University - Ain Shams University - Alexandria University - Suhag University - Benha University - Tanta University), Questionnaires suitable for unpacking and statistical analysis (121) questionnaires. The study concluded that the competencies of hybrid education required for faculty members in Egyptian universities are represented in the competencies of the hybrid education culture - the competencies of using Internet programs and services - the competencies of preparing hybrid education courses - the competencies of the hybrid education course management.
