The current study sought to identify requirements to shift towards blended education in pre-university education to meet the challenges of the Corona pandemic by identifying the conceptual framework of (hybrid) education, and the challenges resulting from the Corona pandemic on pre-university education, and to present some proposals for a shift towards education. Integrated in pre-university education to meet the challenges of the Corona pandemic. To achieve its objectives, the study used the descriptive curriculum procedures, using the questionnaire as a means to collect its data that had been prepared, codified and applied to a sample of teachers in the basic education stage in Menoufia governorate in the academic year 2020-2021, whose number reached (34619) teachers (Ministry of Education and Technical Education, 2019-2020, 174-175) and a sample of teachers was taken, which amounted to (400) teachers, and the number of valid questionnaires was (355) teachers, with a representation of (1.01%) of the original community, 88.75%, to know their opinions about the degree of availability Requirements for the transition towards blended education to meet the challenges of the Corona pandemic. The study found that: The degree of availability of the requirements of blended (hybrid) education to meet the challenges of the Corona pandemic is available in a medium degree, with an average of (1.91). Concerning the evaluation, there are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the sample of teachers according to the gender variable (male - female), and the stage variable (primary - preparatory) for all axes, while there are statistically significant differences between the mean opinions Members of the sample of teachers according to the variable of years of experience (less than 10 years - 10 years and more) for all axes in favor of the group of less than 10 years about the degree of availability of requirements for blended education. A set of proposals were presented to fulfill a set of requirements for the teacher, the learner, the technical environment, management, organization and evaluation to shift towards (hybrid) education to meet the challenges of the Corona pandemic.
