The study aims to outline the problems of the school fund at the female public schools. The differences among the sample members of the school assistants according to specialty, years of experience and number of training courses in Riyadh from the assistants perspective; and to identify the suggestions of the sample members to improve the efficiency of the school fund. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the analyzing descriptive method as long as the questionnaire as a tool to collect the study data in her community represented in the public school assistants in Riyadh on a sample of (87) school assistants; statistical methods were used to analyze the results. The study concluded these results: The problems of the school fund at the female public schools in Riyadh came with a general average of (3.39). Administrative problems came first with a general average of (3.47). Technical problems came with a general average of (3.30). (Published Abstract)
