This study aimed to identify alexithymia and its relationship to school bullying among middle school students in the city of Najran, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method. The study sample consisted of (422) male and female students (198) males and (224) females in the city of Najran. The study tools (the alexithymia scale and the school bullying scale) were applied to the study sample, and the results of the study showed: that the alexithmia level among the study sample members was high degree, and the school bullying level among the study sample members was of a moderate degree, and there is a statistically significant correlation between Alexithymia and the level of school bullying, and the results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of alexithymia and its relationship to school bullying among the members of the study sample according to the gender variable and in favor of males, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of alexithymia and its relationship to school bullying among the members of the study sample according to the grade variable and in favor of first-grade students Average.
