هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم وتأثير القوة الناعمة المصرية، وإبراز فاعلية النفوذ الثقافي المصري في محيطه العربي، ورصد تطور الدور التعليمي في تكوينها، من خلال إعارات المعلمين للخارج، وتقصي دورهم الفعلي والتعرف على التجارب المصرية بتلك الدول، ومدى تأثيرهم في الشعوب العربية من طلاب ومواطنين، وتأثرهم بهم، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع رؤية مستقبلية واضحة لتجديد دور التعليم في تدعيم القوة الناعمة المصرية في محيطها العربي. وطبقت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، لتتمكن من وصف الوضع الراهن بشكل دقيق، للوصول إلى فهم عميق للموضوع قضية البحث، وتم ذلك من خلال التحليل الفلسفي لمفهوم القوة الناعمة، وعلاقة مصر بمحيطها العربي، وتم تحليل البيانات واستقراءها. ومن هنا، تم تحديد الإطار العام، كأولى خطوات الدراسة، ثم تطرقنا إلى تطور مفهوم القوة الناعمة، وأثر تطور علاقة مصر بمحيطها العربي على قوتها الناعمة، وكشف استجابة التعليم لسياستها القومية، ثم التطبيق العملي للدراسة الميدانية، وصولاً إلى التصور المقترح الذي من شأنه المساهمة في تحديث السياسة القومية المصرية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدد من التحديات التي تعيق التطور التعليمي، والتي بعد إزالتها، تصبح توصيات ترسم مسار الإصلاح التعليمي في المستقبل، وهي ضرورة استعادة دور مصر القومي في مجال التعليم الذي دعمه قوة المعلم المصري سابقا، والاستغلال الأمثل للقوى والعقول البشرية والكفاءات بدلا من هدرها، وعودة دور الأزهر باعتباره القبلة الأولى للطلاب العرب، وتقوية دور المعلم المصري والمدرسة في العملية التعليمية، بدلا من الاعتماد على الدروس الخصوصية، واستعادة الدور الثقافي والتنويري المصري، وتوفير عوامل الجذب للمعلمين بدلا من تغيير مهنهم للبحث عن توفير الدخل الأعلى. ومن التوصيات أيضا، استعادة مصر لدورها في المنافسة الإقليمية، وسد الفجوة بين إتاحة البنية التحتية التكنولوجية، ومدى القدرة على استخدامها، واستحداث منهجية للدفاع عن استراتيجية القوة الناعمة المصرية، خاصة في ظل استهداف مصر من قبل دول وجماعات وأفراد يعملون على استمالة عقول الشباب. The study aimed to identify the concept and influence of the Egyptian soft power, highlight the effectiveness of the Egyptian cultural influence in its Arab surroundings, monitor the development of the educational role in its formation through teachers’ secondments abroad, investigate their actual role and identify the Egyptian war in those countries of students and citizens, and their impact on them. The study also aimed to lay down a clear future vision for the renewal of the role of education in strengthening Egyptian soft power in its Arab environment. The researcher applied the descriptive approach in the study, in order to be able to describe the current situation accurately, to reach a deep understanding of the topic and the research case was done through the philosophical investigation of the concept of soft power, and Egypt’s relationship with its Arab environment, the data were analyzed and extrapolated. Hence, the general framework was defined as the first step of the study, and then we touched on the development of the concept of soft power, and the impact of the development of Egypt’s relationship with its Arab environment on its soft power. revealing the response of education to its national policy, then the practical application of field study, up to the proposed vision that would contribute to modernizing the Egyptian national policy. The study concluded that there are a number of challenges that hinder educational development, which, after removing them, become recommendations that chart the course of educational reform in the future, which is the need to restore Egypt’s national role in the field of education that was previously supported by the Egyptian teacher is power and the optimal use of human strengths, minds and competencies instead of wasting them, and the return of the role of Al-Azhar as the first destination for Arab students, and strengthening the role of the Egyptian teacher and the school in the educational process, Instead of relying on private lessons, restoring the Egyptian cultural and enlightening role, and providing attractions to teachers instead of changing their professions to search for income Instead of changing careers to look for a higher income saving. Egypt should restore its role in regional competition, close the gap between the availability of technological infrastructure and the capacity to use it, and develop a methodology to defend Egypt’s soft power strategy, especially given the targeting of Egypt by States, groups and individuals who seek to appeal to the minds of young people.
