هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات الاتصال الاداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة إربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة حدة معوقات الاتصال الإداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة إربد تبعاً لمتغيرات: (النوع، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي والمسحي) لتحقيق أهداف دراستها، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المعلمين والمعلمات بلغت (341) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدداً من النتائج أهمها: أن معوقات الاتصال الإداري في المدارس الثانوية بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة حدة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.91)، وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (58.37%)، أما معوقات الاتصال التربوي في المدارس الثانوية بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة حدة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.27)، وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (65.46%). كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة حدة معوقات الاتصال الإداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة إربد تعزى لمتغير النوع ولصالح فئة الذكور، وأظهرت أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة حدة معوقات الاتصال الإداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة إربد تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح فئة الدبلوم. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة حدة معوقات الاتصال الإداري والتربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمديرية قصبة اربد تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، لصالح فئة (6-10 سنوات)، وفئة (أكثر من 10 سنوات). The study aimed to identify the obstacles to communication and administrative education in secondary schools Directorate of Kasbah Irbid from the point of view of teachers, and the detection of differences with significant statistical in the estimates of members sample to the degree of unit constraints communication and administrative education in secondary schools Directorate of Kasbah Irbid according to the variables: (type, and qualified scientific, and years of experience). The researcher used the descriptive approach (analytical and survey) to achieve the objectives of her study, and a simple random sample of male and female teachers was selected, amounting to (341) male and female teachers, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that the obstacles to administrative communication in secondary schools in general came with a moderate degree of severity with an arithmetic average reached (2.91), and by a percentage reached (58.37%), and the obstacles to communication education in secondary schools in general was a medium degree unit with an average arithmetic reached (2.27) , and by a percentage reached (65.46%), results also showed differences of significance statistically between estimates Members of a sample study of the degree of unit constraints contact the administrative and education in the schools of secondary Directorate of reed Irbid due to the variable type and for the benefit of class males , also showed differences of significance statistically between the estimates of members of a sample study of the degree of unit constraints contact the administrative and education in the schools of secondary Directorate of Kasbah Irbid due to the variable qualified scientific in favor of a class diploma, and the results showed that there are differences of significance statistically between the estimates of members of a sample study of the degree of unit constraints contact the administrative and education in the schools of secondary Directorate of Kasbah Irbid due to the variable years of experience, for the benefit of a class (6-10 years ) , and a class ( more than 10 years).
