تحددت أهداف البحث في التعرف إلى درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة رأس المال الفكري في مدارس الفروانية بالكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة توافر متطلبات إدارة رأس المال الفكري تبعاً لمتغيرات: (النوع، والمرحلة التعليمية، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه التحليلي والمسحي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المعلمين والمعلمات في مدارس الفروانية بلغت (394) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة رأس المال الفكري في مدارس الفروانية بالكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات بشكل عام جاءت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (1.98) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (66.01%)، وبالنسبة لمجالات الأداة فقد حصل المجال الثالث: المتطلبات البشرية على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.13) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (71.29%)، وحصل المجال الأول: المتطلبات التنظيمية على المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (1.99) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (66.30%)، وحصل المجال الثاني: المتطلبات المادية على المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (1.81) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (60.44%). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة البحث حول درجة توافر متطلبات إدارة رأس المال الفكري تبعاً لمتغيرات: (النوع، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية ولجميع الفئات في جميع المجالات والأداة ككل، وكانت الفروق بين فئة (إبتدائي) وفئة (متوسط) لصالح فئة المتوسط، وبين فئة (إبتدائي) وفئة (ثانوي) لصالح فئة الثانوي، وبين فئة (متوسط) وفئة (ثانوي) لصالح فئة المتوسط. The objectives of the research were determined to identify the degree of availability of the requirements of intellectual capital management in Al- Farawiyah schools in Kuwait from the point of view of male and female teachers, and to reveal statistically significant differences in the sample members ’estimates of the degree of availability of intellectual capital management requirements according to variables: (gender, educational stage, for qualified scientific, and years of experience), and a Atmdt researcher applied the descriptive Boslobh analytical survey to achieve the goals of the research, were selected random sample of teachers in schools Lafraonah reached (394) teachers. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of availability of the requirements of intellectual capital management in Al Farawiyah schools in Kuwait from the point of view of male and female teachers in general was average with an arithmetic mean of (1.98) and a percentage of (66.01%). The human requirements are at the first rank, with an arithmetic average of (2.13) and a percentage of (71.29%), and the first field: the organizational requirements ranked second with a mathematical average of (1.99 ) and a percentage of (66.30%), and the second field: requirements Financial materials are ranked third and last, with a mean of (1.81) and a percentage of (60.44%). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the individuals of the research sample about the degree of availability of the requirements of intellectual capital management according to the variables: (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience), while the results showed statistically significant differences in the estimates of the sample members according to a variable The educational stage and for all groups in all fields and the tool as a whole, and the differences between the (primary) category and the (intermediate) category were in favor of the average category, and between the (primary) category and the (secondary) category in favor of the secondary category, and between the (intermediate) category and the (secondary) category in favor of the average category.
